About
From the artist:
"In making music, I hope to explore ideas about the nature of reality, the universe, and myself. Furthermore, I seek to explore the greater human experience, which is complex and rich in narratives. These narratives can be communicated to other people and their cultures through the language of music.
My passion for music is founded on the idea that through music a human can eventually reach a higher understanding of reality as well as his or her fullest development. I believe that if a person reaches his or her fullest development they will help humanity make significant progress in areas central to life such as art, medicine and science. As such, music is central to my life and I interpret every experience through music.
I view my work as an effort to add to the greater work of knowledge and tradition that is known as music. In a contemporary context I seek to explore new harmonic and rhythmic frontiers so I may transmit a greater message of love and helpfulness to people. I wish to make music of tasteful composition and of high quality in order to spread a message that may aid the overall human experience and the development of the species as well as our world."
“I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music… I get most joy in life out of music.”
-Albert Einstein

"Because of my multicultural upbringing I have a fascination for many styles, which include Jazz, Latin, Hip-hop, and electronic sound synthesis. In my lifelong career as a musician I wish to explore these different styles along with many others. It is my goal to travel the world and play with people of different cultures in order to broaden my own musical scope and expression.
I would like to work with musicians such as Thundercat, Julian Lage, Kamasi Washington, and Kendrick Lamar. My musical and creative interests are driven by a pursuit for innovation with a strong foundation in jazz and a passion for writing."
